Miklós Richárd Nagy

Miklós Richárd Nagy, the visionary Founder and CEO of Smith&Great, is your guide into the galaxy of personalized real estate solutions in Dubai. With a strong financial background developed at Aegon Premium, Miklós has collaborated with industrial giants such as JP Morgan, Fidelity, Concorde, Templeton, and Blackrock, shaping his robust expertise in the financial world. As the Managing Director of the iDOM Group for seven years, Miklós led the company with distinction, overseeing real estate investment, construction, and sales. His hands-on approach ensured the seamless execution of project acquisitions, the flawless implementation of construction, and the successful sales of luxury homes, resulting in countless satisfied customers.

Miklós's entrepreneurial spirit extends beyond real estate. He is the proud owner of a Hungarian real estate investment company, an event organization business, and is one of the creative minds behind the Carformance luxury car tour brand. Over the past seven years, he has managed over 203,000 square meters of real estate transactions, including hotels, stadiums, downtown buildings, offices, and business premises, cementing his reputation as a trusted and reliable partner in the industry.

With partnerships with top insurers in Hungary and multiple MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) qualifications, Abraham ranks among the top 2% of financial professionals worldwide. He gained invaluable experience in the US market, relocating to New York and Miami at the age of 20. His expertise spans premium and private banking, with numerous individual successes in Hungary as the best savings specialist, financial advisor, and expert. Over six years of leadership experience as a partner with Generali, he has built Hungary's most successful, efficient, and highest quality insurance team from scratch to over 30 members, mentoring several MDRT colleagues along the way.

He has received multiple awards as Leader of the Year, Network Developer, and Manager. Since 2023, in addition to leading his own financial team, he has taken over and directed the ROAR insurance network as Network Development and Sales Director, achieving the highest growth in the Hungarian insurance market with the integration of over 257 new colleagues and managing over 35 top managers and 400 advisors.

As the creator of market-leading and award-winning sales trainings, he has conducted over 1000 lectures nationwide on financial topics and is recognized as the most successful leader in the history of Generali Insurance and ROAR Partnership, with multiple articles published in Biztosító Magazin.
